Job summary

Profile Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Process Manager to provide operational leadership across liquid processing operations. The successful candidate will drive manufacturing performance, process optimisation and people development.

You will lead safe, cost-efficient processing, oversee OPEX and contribute to CAPEX, while collaborating with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• 7-10 years' experience in dairy, food, beverage, FMCG or a similar process manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years' leadership or management experience within manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement, budget management, yield improvement, waste reduction and cost optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient and cost-effective liquid processing operations.
• Drive improvements in throughput, quality, reliability, efficiency and waste reduction.
• Identify opportunities to improve product yields and minimise process losses.
• Manage departmental OPEX and contribute to CAPEX planning and implementation.
• Lead and support manufacturing projects, plant upgrades and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Develop high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching and talent development.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
