Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, and automation).
• Experience with CAD software for tooling and fixture design.
• Proficiency in SPC and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with shop floor personnel and management.
• Experience with project management is a plus.

Responsibilities
