Placements24 is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for our client, a prominent manufacturing company in Rustenburg. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on SAP FI/CO.

The role requires 4+ years in management accounting, a relevant degree, and professional qualifications such as CMA, CIMA, or SAIPA. You will partner with operations and sales to drive cost efficiency and reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management accounting or a closely related role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with professional qualification desired.
• Strong SAP FI/CO proficiency and cost accounting knowledge for manufacturing environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Prepare management reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Maintain cost accounting systems and methodologies.
• Analyze production costs, profitability, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee payables and receivables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile discrepancies and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support internal controls and regulatory compliance.
