Network Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cost & Management Accountant for the manufacturing sector. The role focuses on product costing, standard costing, variance analysis and cost control, partnered with production and operations to convert financial data into practical insights.

The ideal candidate will have a BCom in Accounting/Management/Cost Accounting and hands-on budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting experience, with advanced Excel and ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• BCom degree in Accounting/Management/Cost Accounting required.
• Hands-on experience as Cost/Management Accountant in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong exposure to product costing, standard costing, variance analysis and cost control.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/system exposure.
• Commercial finance partner to production, operations and senior management.
