Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin; able to communicate professionally with clients.

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administration: handle inbound client communications and manage workflows.
• Process and maintain client folders and records (physical and electronic).
• Application management: prepare applications and supporting documents, evaluate and verify information.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and databases; manage client enquiries via online and phone channels.
• Assist UK consultants by coordinating with Mandarin-speaking clients and ensuring compliance.
