International Hotel School (Official) is preparing to open a new North Coast Campus in 2028 and seeks a Managing Executive (Campus Principal) who combines strategic thinking with a strong analytical mindset. The role demands the ability to excel in a high-performance environment and to lead across academic, operational and financial domains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for people, customer, academic and operations management, while driving sales, marketing and campus growth.

Qualifications

• GM/Executive role with at least 5 years experience.
• Hospitality industry experience essential.
• Understanding of the academic sector; education/ training beneficial.
• Strong finance background.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing.
• Strong admin focus and aptitude for new technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people, customer, academic, operations, financial and sales & marketing management.
• Lead and develop campus leadership teams to drive performance and growth.
• Ensure high-quality academic delivery and student experience.
• Drive operational efficiency and budget adherence.
• Build external partnerships to grow campus reputation and intake.
