8+ years of institutional investment experience.

Responsibilities

Develop growth strategy and performance metrics for Institutional distribution.
Lead Institutional Distribution team to execute the growth strategy.
Assess CVP and opportunities to increase market share among institutional clients.
Review marketing, distribution and sales strategies for each asset class to drive growth.
Collaborate with internal partners to identify new sources of business.
Ensure alignment across investment management, product development and institutional team.
Identify prospective clients and new market opportunities.
Maintain engagement with key clients through reporting and servicing.
Oversee tender processes and ensure due diligence documentation.
