Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Mpumalanga province seeks a leader to manage the Enterprise Portfoliocapability and deliver the Enterprise value proposition. You will support the Head, Enterprise to drive sales and service solutions that grow the customer base, while ensuring day-to-day operations are coordinated across value chain functions.

The role requires 8–10 years in financial services with strong product, credit, and compliance knowledge, plus proven people management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Commerce (FAIS) or Generic Management.
• Experience: 8–10 years in Enterprise Direct Propositions, Business & Commercial Banking.
• Proven sales track record in financial services.
• Advanced product knowledge and financial structures.
• Strong credit and compliance knowledge.
• Negotiation skills and conflict handling.
• Significant people management experience.

To support the Head, Enterprise to drive and deliver a value adding sales and service solutions directed by the Enterprise value proposition, that will grow the customer base. To ensure the day-to-day Enterprise operations managed through effective coordination between all value chain functions.
