Skills

• Extensive customer liaison/commercial negotiation skills and fully competent in contracts management

Knowledge

• Experience and knowledge of the OHSA, Construction Regulations, and Environmental Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Formal, Short formal, annual contracts and the complete NEC 3 Suite of contracts.

• Oversee term service Contract compliance.

• Maintain a Contracts and sole source database that aligns to the Procurement Listing
• Advocate change and participate in key policy discussion.
• Handle on going issue and change management.
• Set and maintain the highest ethical standards for Contract department.
• Monitor competitive terms and adopt best business practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant Legal B. Degree
• Contracts Management (NEC3) qualification.
• Management qualification (MDP,MAP,etc)will be and added advantage

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in Contracts management with NEC 3 Family of Contracts.
• Any experience in related Product Group environment will be advantageous.
• Understanding of NEC value chain.
• General knowledge of other contracting formats.
