Job summary

Inukapartners is seeking a Contracts Manager in Johannesburg to lead the management, administration, and governance of project contracts across renewable energy and infrastructure initiatives. Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commercial Management, or Project Management.
• 7–10 years of experience in contract management, construction, infrastructure, energy, or renewable energy.
• Strong experience with EPC, O&M, NEC, FIDIC, PPA, and LTSA agreements.
• Proven experience managing claims, variations, contractual notices, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong commercial judgement, contract interpretation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with contractors, lenders, legal counsel, consultants, and project stakeholders preferred.
