Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or similar advisory role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing OD interventions, change management strategies, and talent development programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, group dynamics, and change leadership principles.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to diagnose complex organizational issues and recommend practical solutions.
