Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management consulting or a dedicated change management role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
