Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Management Consultant specialising in Operations Improvement to join our client-focused team. Based in Welkom with a flexible remote option, you will diagnose bottlenecks, design streamlined processes, and drive sustainable improvements across diverse industries in the Free State.

You will lead change initiatives, develop metrics and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations consulting or related field.
• Experience in process mapping, re-engineering and implementing improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
