Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant based in Upington, Northern Cape, to drive operations improvement across client organizations. You will diagnose challenges, craft tailored strategies, and support implementation to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in operations management or management consulting, with strong analytical and communication skills and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
