Job summary

Mr Price seeks a Management Accountant to lead forecasting and analysis of management accounts, delivering high-quality insights to support business growth. Your role includes monthly forecasts, detailed financial analysis, and preparation of reporting packs throughout the year.

You will liaise with auditors and assist in annual budgets and strategy packs, contributing to accurate management reporting and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualified and registered.
• CIMA registration advantageous.
• Retail or FMCG exposure during/post articles is advantageous but not essential.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and updating monthly financial forecasts
• Conducting financial analysis
• Preparing half-year and year-end reporting packs
• Liaising with auditors during key reporting periods
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and strategy packs
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Performing financial forecasting and report writing
• Assisting with ad hoc projects where Finance input is required

Qualifications

Qualifications, experience, and technical skills

• Qualified and registered CA(SA)
• CIMA registered advantageous
• Exposure to the Retail and FMCG industries during or post articles is advantageous but not essential
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
