• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Pastel) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial planning and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, profitability drivers, and areas for cost reduction.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and business cases for new initiatives.
• Manage the fixed asset register and ensure accurate depreciation calculations.
• Oversee inventory costing and valuation processes.
