Communicate Finance seeks an experienced Management Accountant with a strong background in financial planning and analysis to join their finance team.

Role focuses on FP&A, management reporting, modelling and forecasting, cost and variance analysis, and budgeting. Requires 3–5 years in a similar role; manufacturing/FMCG exposure is advantageous.

Salary range offered is R 700 000 – R 800 000 annually, reflecting seniority and market rates in South Africa.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting/Finance or related qualification.
• CIMA certification is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Exposure to ERP systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Manufacturing / FMCG experience is advantageous.
