Job summary

Amplify5 UK Ltd. seeks a Management Accountant to drive financial performance in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

You will combine strong technical accounting with commercial insight to support business growth, reporting to the Head of Finance. Responsibilities include cost and inventory accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, tax compliance, fixed asset management, and partnering with stakeholders to enable informed decisions.

Reporting to and working alongside the Head of Finance.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CIMA, CA(SA), ACCA qualification or progress towards one an advantage
• 3 to 5 years of management accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
• Sound understanding of IFRS and management reporting principles

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP
• Financial analysis and management reporting expertise
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
• Financial modelling and KPI reporting capability
