Job summary

Xelvin is seeking passionate junior maintenance professionals to join our production teams in the Netherlands. The roles require a Red Seal or equivalent, PLC reading and faultfinding, and a balance of mechanical and electrical skills for food or general production environments.

Fluency in Afrikaans and English is required; Dutch language familiarity is a bonus. You’ll work shifts under a 2-year, 40-hour-per-week contract with benefits including holidays, travel allowance, and overtime/shifts

Qualifications

• Red Seal (Trade Tested), N5 or N6, Millwright or Electrician with PLC reading & faultfinding experience.
• Fluent Afrikaans and English (Dutch is the company language).
• All-round mechanical and electrical maintenance experience on production machines.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, Siemens PLC a plus, relays, frequency switches.
• Experience in a food or general production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production lines.
• Valid driver’s license & passport.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• 3+ years of experience.
