Job summary

Research-Square is seeking an Allround Maintenance Technician to join our Dutch operations. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, automation systems and production lines, diagnosing mechanical, electrical and PLC faults, and ensuring reliable, safe production.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably FMCG/manufacturing environments.
• Able to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and automation faults.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Hands-on maintenance of automated production lines and industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and automation lines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and PLC faults to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, sensors and actuators.
• Inspect, maintain and optimize production equipment and conveyor systems.
• Identify improvements to equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
