The ideal candidate will have practical electrical and solar knowledge, proven leadership, strong planning and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and documentation. You will coordinate daily tasks, review workmanship, mentor juniors, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of electrical and solar installations.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the maintenance team.
• Plan and allocate daily maintenance tasks to team members.
• Assist with and oversee electrical and solar installation and maintenance work.
• Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Conduct regular checks on completed work and maintain quality standards.
• Identify maintenance issues and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture within the team.
