Job summary

Sasol is seeking a Maintenance Operator Mechanical for Secunda Operations to support the Mechanical Maintenance team by providing effective equipment maintenance assistance and reliability while adhering to procedures and codes.

The role requires Matric/N3 with Maths, English and Physical Science, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a valid Driver’s License; you will participate in safety, planning, daily meetings, and plant inspections to improve equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Matric/N3 with Maths, English & Physical Science.
• 1+ year relevant experience.
• Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Apply and maintain safety in a working environment.
• Participates in root cause analyses, and provides feedback to RCA teams.
• Carries out work according to planning.
• Attends toolbox talks to improve plant safety.
