Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a skilled maintenance professional for a FMCG facility in the North West. The ideal candidate has strong experience in bakery environments and a proven track record in preventative maintenance planning and scheduling.

You will lead maintenance activities, manage technicians and contractors, and ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and health & safety standards using a CMMS or similar system.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Relevant technical qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Millwright or similar).
• Minimum 5 years' maintenance experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Bakery.
• Experience planning and scheduling preventative maintenance.
• Experience managing maintenance staff and contractors.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP and Health & Safety requirements.
• Computer literate with experience on maintenance management systems.
