Hospitality and Outdoor in Cape Town is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations for its aparthotel portfolio. You will ensure facilities are kept to the highest standards while supporting guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on electrical, plumbing, building and air-conditioning knowledge, plus budgeting, contractor management and preventative maintenance scheduling.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 (essential)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager in a hospitality or similar environment
• Trade qualification preferred
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, building, and air-conditioning
• MS Office Suite experience
• Ability to draw up and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Budget management and expenditure control experienceSkilled in monitoring service levels of external contractors (SLA compliance)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s licence

Package

• Salary: R 15 000 - R 20 000 pm DOE
