Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of corporate facilities in Pretoria. You will plan preventative maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with OH&S and budget controls.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards across properties. Office-based role based in Pretoria with occasional after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field - will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities or building maintenance.
• Previous experience managing office buildings, commercial properties, or corporate facilities.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems and preventative maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of office buildings and corporate facilities.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of works.
• Plan and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
