Decofurn Furniture is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance, infrastructure and projects across our national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs across Head Office and national sites
• Manage refurbishments, upgrades and new site projects
• Manage contractors, service providers and procurement
• Ensure OHS and contractor compliance, including Section 37(2)
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Maintain asset and maintenance records
• Oversee alarms, CCTV, fire and safety systems
• Manage housekeeping standards and monitor project performance
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Technical Diploma/qualification
• 5–10 years’ maintenance experience
• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse, industrial, retail or multi-site environment
• Strong mechanical, electrical and HVAC knowledge
• Experience with warehouse equipment and infrastructure
• Sound OHS knowledge
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
