Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician for our Mossel Bay facility. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The role requires a certified electrician with a valid Wireman's license and at least 3 years in industrial maintenance. You will work both independently and as part of a team to uphold high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a recognized trade certificate (e.g., NQF Level 3 or equivalent).
• Valid Wireman's license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial or maintenance electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, and variable speed drives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
