Amaro Foods at the Epping Facility seeks a diligent Maintenance Administration Assistant to support the maintenance manager with admin tasks and data capture. You will operate the CMMS (Pragma), perform stock counts, assist purchasing, and maintain manuals and supplier details while ensuring accurate records in the ERP and storerooms.

The ideal candidate has Matric and at least one year in maintenance and one year in administration; Pragma CMMS experience is advantageous and attention to detail

• 1 year administration experience.
• Prior experience with Pragma CMMS is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Record data into CMMS and ensure completion.
• Verify asset data and closed CMMS job cards.
• Capture PMs and work lists in CMMS.
• Maintain hard and soft asset manuals.
• Record stock movements into storerooms and process purchases in M-Files.
• Receive parts into ERP and maintain supplier details.
• Store purchasing process copies for reference.
• Ensure proper bin locations for parts and report discrepancies.
• Complete stock counts.
• Comply with food safety regulations.

We are looking for a dynamic, task-oriented and driven individuals to join our Maintenance Team at Amaro Foods at our Epping Facility.

PURPOSE

To assist the maintenance manager and supervisor with admin related tasks and data capturing. Focus will be on the admin assistance, CMMS data capturing, stock counts, and purchasing assistance.

KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS

• Recording of data into CMMS (recording and completion)
• Verification of asset data periodically
• Verification of closed job cards on CMMS
• Capturing of PM and work lists on CMMS
• Ensure that both hard and soft library is maintained for all manuals of the sites assets
• Capturing and verification of all stock movement into and out of the storerooms
• Ensure all purchasing items are completed and approved (on M-Files)
• Receive parts onto our ERP system
• Maintain supplier contact details and ensure that they are kept up to date
• Ensure copies of the purchasing process are stored and maintained for future reference
• Place received parts into the storeroom
• Ensure that parts are stored correctly in their bin locations with the correct parts
• Ensure that discrepancies are reported to the Maintenance Manager
• Complete stock counts
• Comply with the relevant legislation requirements and food safety regulations
