Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment seeks an experienced F&B Manager/Restaurant Director for a luxury safari lodge in Hazyview. You will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensure exceptional dining experiences, maintain high service standards, and drive efficient restaurant management.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage guest relations, and collaborate with all departments to deliver memorable guest experiences in a remote lodge setting.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B management experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, staff management and training skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and stock control.
• Experience managing budgets, cost control and operational procedures.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
