Lodgistics Professional Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to take ownership of daily operations and guest experiences at a luxury safari property in Waterberg, Limpopo. This senior, hands-on role requires leading a team to maintain exceptional standards from arrival to departure.

Key duties include guest hosting, team leadership, housekeeping oversight, F&B coordination, and managing budgeting and administrative tasks to optimise revenue while ensuring personalised

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Camp Manager or similar senior hospitality role.
• Experience in luxury safari lodge or 5-star environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Excellent guest relations, hosting and communication skills.
• Experience managing the complete guest journey and coordinating activities, transfers and special experiences.
• Strong housekeeping and property-standard oversight.
• Sound F&B, beverage and stock-control experience.
• Understanding of budgets, cost control, cash handling and operational reporting.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify additional revenue opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the property to deliver luxury standards across the guest journey.
• Lead and motivate the property team through daily briefings and hands-on leadership.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, maintain presentation standards, and prompt maintenance.
• Oversee meal and beverage service, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and monitor F&B revenue opportunities.
• Manage purchasing, stock control, guest billing and operational administration; monitor expenditure and wastage.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, adherence to health and safety and luxury service standards.
