Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling reservations via telephone, email, GDS, and online channels.
• Strong selling skills to upsell rooms, packages and services.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and enquiries accurately across all channels (phone, email, GDS, third-party sites).
• Promote and upsell hotel rooms, facilities, activities, and packages to maximize revenue.
• Maintain PMS entries, guest preferences, cancellations, and amendments with precision.
• Reconfirm arrangements and communicate clearly with Front Desk and other departments.
