Qualifications

• Must hold Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Minimum 4 years proven experience as a top-performing real estate agent in luxury market, preferably in Durban.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive network of high-net-worth contacts in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
• Deep understanding of Durban luxury market neighborhoods and pricing dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Proactive and results-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities
