Placements24 in Durban is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section for premium catering. You will create desserts, cakes, and baked goods for high-end events, from concept through presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and visual appeal.

The role requires at least 4 years of pastry experience, formal patisserie training, and strong decorating talent. You will manage ingredients, inventory and train junior staff, while collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu

Qualifications
