Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-5 years' Sous Chef experience in a big 4/5-star lodge (essential).
• French-speaking skills preferred (advantageous).
• Strong management and training abilities.
• Cooking and hygiene qualifications beneficial.
• Menu compilation and implementation experience.
• Stock control and rostering experience.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a kitchen team to meet 4/5-star standards.
• Compile and implement diverse menus with presentation and hygiene in mind.
• Maintain training manuals and control documents to ensure consistency.
