Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a versatile FOH / Admin / Personal Assistant for a luxury safari lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. You will balance guest-facing front-of-house duties with administrative tasks and personal assistant support for management in a remote lodge environment.

Ideal candidates have previous lodge or remote location experience, a valid driving licence with own vehicle, strong communication and exceptional organisation, and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Previous lodge or remote location experience is essential.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
• Experience in hospitality, administration or a personal assistant role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with front-of-house duties.
• Manage bookings, correspondence and general administration.
• Provide personal assistant support to management.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments and daily tasks.
• Assist with guest enquiries and ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records and support smooth lodge operations.
