West Coast Personnel is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Paarl to lead a high-performing sales team within a luxury retail environment. You will drive targets, provide bespoke design guidance to clients and professionals, nurture key relationships and close premium deals.

You will also oversee showroom operations, stock control, merchandising and seasonal updates, while recruiting and training consultants to uphold exceptional service standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience in luxury furniture, home décor or lifestyle retail.
• Formal qualification or strong background in Interior Design, Architecture or Visual Merchandising.
• Proven ability to close high-value sales and manage customer relationships.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must reside in Paarl.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide tailored interior design advice to clients, architects and interior designers.
• Build lasting customer relationships and close high-value sales.
• Manage daily showroom operations, including stock control, point-of-sale systems and inventory audits.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and coordinate seasonal showroom updates.
• Recruit, train and motivate sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer service.
