The Royal Portfolio is seeking a skilled Florist for La Residence to design and maintain stunning floral displays across the hotel. You will collaborate with staff to ensure arrangements enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand's aesthetics.

Candidates should have floral design training or certification and hospitality florist experience, with strong creativity, color sense, and customer service skills. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in floral design is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience as a florist or floral designer in hospitality is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5* hotel or 1 year in hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements aligned with the hotel brand.
• Select, arrange, and maintain fresh flowers and displays daily.
• Ensure availability of materials and manage inventory.
