Tekkie Town in Cape Town is seeking a driven Loss Prevention Administrator to provide comprehensive admin support, assist with basic investigations, manage financial administration and support security operations.

The role requires Matric and at least two years of office administration and budgeting experience, with strong organisational, communication and Google platform skills. Collaborative work across Stores, Field and Support Centre teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential for this role in a retail environment.
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in fast-paced settings.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating and tracking financial budgets.
• Good understanding of security and risk management.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to provide clear instructions.
• Proficiency with Google platforms and related tools.
• Ability to work with Store, Field and Support Centre teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all Risk Logs from stores and resolve daily.
• Submit quotes and estimates to the Risk Manager for recommendation.
• Draft purchase orders based on quotes and obtain final approval.
• Forward approved purchase orders to service providers and track work.
• Receive invoices, match with PO/quotes and secure sign-off from management.
• Submit verified invoices to Finance for payment and file proof of payment.
• Maintain and update department expenses on Risk Order Sheet.
• Coordinate risk-related expenses for New, Revamped and Relocated stores.
• Maintain a structured filing system for all departmental documents.
• Daily update of the departmental Master-sheet and related records.
• Support Control Room onboarding of new vendors for prompt payments.
