The role requires strong leadership, experience in warehouse processes, and proficiency with WMS. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, maintain safety standards, and drive operational excellence at the key distribution hub.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide warehouse personnel in daily tasks (receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping).

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks for accuracy.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
