About the Role

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within the warehouse and across the supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, managing a team, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse operations in a dynamic setting, contributing to the company's overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures within the warehouse. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy. Optimize workflow and resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
