Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure agreed stock levels are maintained at customer and depot locations.
• Manage deliveries to customers and filling plants in line with customer agreements.
• Investigate delivery challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse planned vs actual trip data daily, highlight variances and improvement opportunities.
• Consolidate and analyse transporter OTC reports twice weekly.
• Draft and present weekly performance and project progress reports to Bulk Transport Manager.
• Investigate delivery challenges (delays, breakdowns, discrepancies) and implement corrective actions.
• Work remotely on weekends on a rotation basis and after-hours during the week when required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure agreed stock levels are maintained at customer and depot locations.
• Manage deliveries to customers and filling plants in line with customer agreements.
• Track and report daily volumes uplifted from refineries/terminals via the Refinery KPI report.
• Gather and analyse planned vs. actual trip data daily, highlighting variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Consolidate and analyse transporter Order to Cash (OTC) reports twice weekly.
• Draft and present weekly performance and project progress reports to the Bulk Transport Manager.
• Investigate delivery challenges such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and quantity discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• This position requires you to work remotely on weekends on a rotation basis and after hours during the week when required.
