Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Planner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TMS and logistics software.
• Knowledge of freight regulations, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the transportation of goods, optimizing routes and loads for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including shipment details, costs, and delivery times.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
