Job summary

Beiersdorf in Durban is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound operations within our FMCG supply chain.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years FMCG experience.
• University degree in B.Admin or B.Com preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP LE/SD/MM advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure efficient stock and IDT execution.
• Manage 3PL operations, stock accuracy, damaged stock and ERP issues.
• Lead regular 3PL meetings and resolve operational exceptions.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve exceptions and track 3PL service levels.
• Manage returns, customer claims and clearance of return stock.
• Support stock takes and ensure timely month-end activities.
• Coordinate carriers, freight forwarders and clearing agents for timely shipments.
• Report and validate 3PL KPIs via monthly dashboard.
