This role involves developing Lean deployment plans to enhance operational efficiency and managing the implementation of Operational Excellence programs. Candidates should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, relevant experience in operations and OE program implementation, and Lean Six Sigma certification. Strong communication and change management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in operations preferably in a Supply Chain environment.
• 3 years experience in implementing OE programs.
• Change management skills.
• Project management skills.
• Basic business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Lean deployment plan.
• Manage the implementation of Operational Excellence program.
• Ensure alignment between Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Develop business units' internal problem solving capacity.
• Act as a Change Agent to facilitate operational excellence culture.
