You will coordinate with technical, BA and operations teams, drive client meetings, and ensure timely admin and billable hours, aiming for optimal client outcomes and sustained partnerships.

Qualifications

• Logistics/Transport or Supply Chain degree required.
• At least 3 years in Logistics/Supply Chain industry.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations and maintain existing relationships.
• Manage distribution planners and expeditors; oversee work and admin.
• Deliver strategic exercises like fleet mix and service day allocation.
• Coordinate project management for software and managed services.
• Ensure value realization post-implementation and handle escalations.
