Job summary

The South African Breweries is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Lead to drive initiatives across Logistics and Supply Chain in the Africa region. You will develop digital strategies, lead cross-functional projects, and enable data-driven decision making using SAP and Power BI.

You will guide process redesign, governance, and stakeholder engagement while delivering tangible improvements in operational efficiency and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Transformation, or FMCG Operations.
• Proven project management and business transformation experience.
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, and digital transformation.
• SAP experience (essential).
• Power BI development and reporting experience.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong coaching and change management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation projects within Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Develop and execute digital business strategies, aligned to Zone objectives.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and benefits realization.
• Apply agile methods to drive execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes; drive automation and digitization improvements.
• Develop dashboards and insights using Power BI and other tools.
• Support SAP platform implementations and data governance.
• Coach business teams through transformation and change management.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
