Job summary

The South African Breweries is seeking an experienced SAP Treasury & Banking specialist to transform business operations across the Africa Zone using S/4HANA. You will own end-to-end Treasury processes, gather requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with SAP standards and Steering Committee goals.

You will collaborate with Change Management, manage risks and escalations, and lead functional workstreams for future rollouts while maintaining system stability across the regional ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar role within Consumer Goods (beverage sector preferred).
• SAP functional experience or Treasury & Banking domain knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Treasury & Banking processes across ERP systems.
• Gather, design, and deliver business and process requirements.
• Provide SAP functional expertise in Invoice-to-Pay / AP / Treasury.
• Ensure successful implementation aligned with Steering Committee goals.
• Manage prioritization, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with Change Management to drive adoption.
• Act as escalation point for complex problem-solving.
• Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards and business needs.
• Support training material development.
• Ensure alignment of business and system processes across Africa Zone ERP landscape.
• Maintain SAP S/4HANA stability and lead functional workstreams for future rollouts.
• Act as key liaison between Zone Business Functions, In-Country Teams and third-party providers.
