Job summary

The South African Breweries in Randburg is seeking a results-driven Digital Transformation Lead to drive logistics digital strategy and delivery across the Africa Zone. You will partner with supply chain, IT and business stakeholders to design future-state processes, implement SAP solutions, build dashboards in Power BI, and apply Agile project management to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Transformation, or FMCG Operations.
Proven project management and business transformation experience.
Experience in process improvement, business analysis, and digital transformation.
SAP experience (essential).
Power BI development and reporting experience.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Drive digital strategy and transformation for Logistics across the Africa Zone.
Lead and coordinate digital transformation projects from concept through implementation.
Document and map current and future-state processes to improve operational effectiveness.
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights using Power BI and other analytics tools.
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation across logistics processes.
