Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes for the company''s fleet, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to timeframes.
• Monitor vehicle and driver performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Manage dispatch operations, assigning tasks to drivers and tracking their progress throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery confirmations, and any incidents or delays.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve logistical challenges and provide updates.
• Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance for the fleet to minimize downtime.
• Process relevant documentation, including waybills, proof of deliveries, and expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
