Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or fleet management.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with logistics software and GPS tracking.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with route optimization software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily fleet operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery commitments.
• Develop and implement optimized route plans to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with drivers to assign loads, track movements, and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of fleet mileage, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and driver performance.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure safety compliance.
